When you watch the sinking or the scene where they look for survivors you don't feel anything but sad. In a way it brings us closer to the victims. This on the other hand is using a tragedy for a cheap scare. To depict actual victims of the Titanic coming back as monsters and terrorize the passangers is what feels disrespectful. And even the concept, Titanic 3 going over the same route? Like I get it's fictional but come on.
