Both are quite strong. The first one with rocket spears and seeking shield requires to be more precise with funneling and you have to do somehow multi-tasking. On the other hand, in the second version, with rc charge you can make a clear pathing for RR without any problem. It's just about a matter of execution of the strategy. Another thing that I wanted to tell you is that you can use rocket spears or hog puppet with electro boots, according to your own preference.
