THIS NEW VOLIBEAR JUNGLE BUILD LOOKS WEIRD BUT IS ACTUALLY VERY OP!
In this video I'll be showing you a new build that has been popping up a lot for volibear on top lane but after trying it jungle I can confirm that it is very strong there as well. The best part is as jungle you don't deal with a laner so a bit of farming early on gets you the gold without that much trouble and the items you are building are SUPER cheap as well. Also due to how strong voli just is base damage wise your early game isn't even weak either.

In lane I max E first when facing ranged champs like teemo. E does a ton of dmg and can cs if you have to. Faced a hwei top and was able to out cs him and stay with him in kills. First item ROA helps with the damage mitigation and mana.

i think its kinda trend for all the voli builds since his rework they all dumb af, and make no sence on paper, but they do work in actual game from that nashors into rift, and now we have this. Tried this, build still is random bs in my head, but holy it works, and yeah, such cheap powerspikes do feel kinda nice
