Far from it, its more gimmucky than comoetitive. Far from bad either tho, cant argue against killability, but yh far from the best tool either i would say "good" describes it best. Bc in the end we have other high burst dmg tools that will also straight up oneshot on a defense drop or with a jutsu dmg buff and those usually have other uses too like superarmor or they are a gapcloser or something, so it really doesnt stabd out in terms of competitive viability, but if you build a whole build or comp about it and just use it right, ir will be broken, like most moves in the game actually. Still overall something like a heal tag or a kunai or also a purple lightning for example..m we have enough tools that are generically more useful
