This no-fry eggplant recipe is taking the world by storm! 😍 Perfect recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
2 aubergines
salt
2 eggs
Natural Greek yogurt 100g
Breadcrumbs 250g
Grated Parmesan 50g
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Aromatic herbs
•
Minced beef 500g
1 red onion
1 red pepper
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Sweet paprika
2 cloves of garlic
Tomato puree 250g
Mozzarella 150g
COOKING TIMES:
1st cooking: Bake the aubergines at 180°C (356°F) for approximately 20-25 minutes.
2nd Cooking: Bake everything at 180°C (356°F) for approximately 15 minutes.
