Hello I've bought one a few days ago. 1993 C180 Elegance, it doesn't have AC but does have heated seats and electrical windows. It was never in an accident and the paint is its own from factory. It is in great condition I'd say 9/10 with no mechanical and electrical problems. Also I've installed LPG and it runs perfectly on both petrol and lpg. The car has no squeaky noise and the engine is like music to your ears. Ita has that roof window (idk how its called in English) Sincerely from Bosnia and Herzegovina :D

Have just brought a 1999 W202 Mercedes C Class Elegance auto for my forthcoming Dakar Challenge charity run which goes from the UK to The Gambia. She only has 82,000 miles on the odometer and has a few rust bubbles on the wheel arches but is otherwise solid as a rock and the interior is immaculate - best of all it drives like a new car. No knocks or rattles and everything works as it should including the ice cold air conditioning and cruise control. Not bad for a 23 year old car that I paid only £1,000 for.

i just purchased a 1999 c230 kompressor sport, silver on black, 109k miles and now i’m the second owner. the car lived a good life with its elder owner and now i’m fortunate to be able to drive it. plan on owning it forever, it’s that good.

I have a 1987 300d turbo and everything under my hood is clean enough to eat off of. I constantly keep my engine compartment clean . As well as the rest of the car. It takes me 3 days to clean my car inside and out and wax it with ceramic wax

This is a 1996 c180? Has a different radiator fan configuration to mine but same engine. Also there is a whistling sound on one of your pulleys . Great content, I learn so much and I have restored mine using lots of nuggets from here

Good video. But you need to pop the ball sockets off the throttle linkage and pack with grease. That’s where the wear and stickiness happens. I have 2 Mercedes W123’s and a 95 C220. Great cars!

I wouldnt buy anything before 1996 due to electrical issues. I've had a 98 and 99 W202. They both have been tanks.
