I've watched a lot of dr bergs videos after I went to the doctor and they did blood work and I had a high a1c (pre-diabetic). The two week sugar detox helped me a lot with cutting out sugar. Good luck to you!

Hi Ryan, Checking your blood pressure and your blood sugar. When I was your age 46 my blood pressure was high and it made me feel sick. Anytime you can cut sugar out is good. I have you beat by 3 years I’m 49. Hope you feel better!

Ryan. You will feel so much better in a short amount of time. I was like you Convinced something major was wrong with me. I stopped eating sugar, carbs and starches and felt fantastic within 3 days. Additionally your appetite will diminish drastically once the sugar is out of your system. The 1st 2-3 days are difficult. You can do it. Eat all the protein you want like bacon and eggs. As time goes on the cravings diminish a bit. Don’t confuse feelings of being empty with hungry. Bread is the wort thing because it’s a huge appetite driver. Best of luck

just like everyone, watch the channel constantly. Don't know anything bout concrete work, but you make it entertaining to watch. Your knowledge of the work and constantly teach your crew and the viewers is a plus for the channel. One thing I'm going to say is you're a really good content creator. Your craft is getting better and better day by day. One thing you should do that I see from the videos is that the ones that say they love your channel, you should ask them are they subscribed. I know you do this channel for fun and stuff but this thing is also a business. Just that little saying will help the channel in the long run.

Good luck with the no sugar Ryan - I do it every year for the month of Feb and find I sleep better, have a lower apetite and generally have more energy. That first week is a killer but if you power through it you'll feel great!

Ryan on the kombi- units I recommend you put a plug, air, fuel, and cleaning the screen in the exhaust system. It'll run like brand new for years to come. I work on those units for the company I work for.

Hey Ryan. I don't know anything about Concrete but I love your channel. Just wanted to let you know the sugar thing is no joke. I cut out sugar midway through last summer and I couldn't believe how much better I felt. Joints, energy, stamina, feel so much better after cutting out all the extra sugar. After you get used to it, you won't even miss it. Hope you stick with it. Good luck, you won't be sorry!
