He just dropped, slidded a bit since you can't land on top of the roof, then did a crush fall stuff. Some stuff that are surprisingly easy to do but quite handy

nsure about bug, seems pretty consistent that if you drop onto some obstacle (rather than smacking 'into' it normally) you don't get the same sort of jump cancellation
