You made a good choice going for Uta as she is one of the best units in the game on level of most EX’s, EX’s can be broken like Film Red Shanks or Olin the Oiran, but there are some broken Bounty Fests, for example, Uta and Young Doffy. Btw make sure you look at the orb of the character, it shows if it’s Attacker, Defender or Runner, I won’t list the colors or color combinations since it would make this too long, but by looking at the orb of the character you can sometimes predict which 4 star character you could possibly get.

Here are some tips for the gacha summons, if there are no other straw hats next luffy and no treasure chests and the flag is black that means you got scammed(shafted). If there are straw hats around Luffy and there are chests and a red flag you might get a 4* unit. if there are golden chest and a golden flag + groove number(gr on the giant trees) 34 on the tree you are guaranteed the character you sommond on. Read my reply to this comment for a short version.
