Garen's crownguard shield helped him absorb a liss ult, then he ulted himself with +AP from crownguard to survive long enough to absorb the second liss ult, now this is podracing.

Redemption is one tile aoe so any ally within one hex and the ally itself are healed every tick, not sure if this answers the question.

@@lordlampard75102 things : 1. If you actually watch the fight, riven walks up next to illaoi, benefiting from the aoe redemption healing, so no value was lost. 2. Even if riven didn’t walk up, positioning your main tank so that it gets focused first by the enemy carry is always going to be better than utilizing the redemption healing effect to its full value.

​​@@lordlampard7510units move around as the fights progress, it will always heal the holder, and anyone that is within 1 hex. You can try and position to get max value, but can't always guarantee it. It's not also the best to clump all your units up if other boards have lots of aoe

I thought redemption only applies to the 2 closest champions in the board as in, the formation itself, before the fight starts. i thought of it like a zeke, or a locket...etc I hope you understood me and I'm very sorry if I wasn't clear enough, I'm trying my best. Damn just hittin Irelia 2 immediately after 9. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but when I play this comp at 9 I can never hit Irelia 2. Over half the time I can't hit a single Irelia and I just rely on emblem.

That's because sometimes this game is a dick and hates you, and let a random lvl 7 hit x2 a Cost 5 just "because" sometimes that happens.

ive rolled 100g at level 9 with 1 irelia gone and didnt find a single one. Sometimes you just get those games

Level 9 has 10% 5 cost odds. That’s 50% per roll for 5 shop slots. There are 8 of the 5 cost units. Making each one to apear in a level 9 shop 1 out of 16 times. So on average you should be spending 32 gold for a single 5 cost unit at level 9.
