You do have to list daily. If you do not have the inventory then un-list items that end that day and "Sell Similar", do not "Relist". Change the price, shipping, add or delete words, make sure the description is updated, etc. Lower or raise prices on older items to reflect current eBay comps.

Nothing special. I just list random stuff in each account. I created a second account in case eBay suspended my account or pulled some listings and I had a back up plan and could keep selling. In hindsight, I kind of regret it because trying to maintain two accounts is very hard. I don’t recommend it. I’d stick to one.

Time of day doesn’t matter, just daily. If you can’t daily then sell similar or schedule out listings

Ebay did have weird limits like that in the past. I was told something similar, but I've seen mention that they either got rid of that or made some kind of change to the 'seller limits' recently

I want to list everyday but I have 40 listings only, if I wore to end a listing and sell similar and list the same thing like you said, do this 5 times everyday, would it be considered consistent for eBay and put me higher up there/have a better chance of selling?

With only 40 listings I wouldn’t end and sell similar that frequently because they will never have time to mature, especially not 5 a day. You need to stack up cheaper inventory. Try hitting liquidation stores, thrift stores, and listing things from around your house to get this number up and be able to daily list

You say every six months or so you take old listings with no activity and do a sell similar listing on those listings. Because eBay renews our listings every 30 days do you just let that happen and then after 6 months you what I stated in the above? A little confused 😂

The eBay renewing thing isn’t really renewing it. That’s the old system from 10+ years ago, it still shows it but the listing doesn’t get an algo boost or anything. Just ignore their “renewals”

It is a Myth that you need to daily listings to dominate on eBay. I have an eBay store 10+ years strong now and I have maybe added 5 new listings to it in the last 5 years. There are about 60 active listings in the store. I sell replenish items so I just reorder when certain products are low. These listings have generated 1000's of sold history per listing. Example, you sell door knobs only. You won't find door knobs everyday to list. But if you are the only seller of door knobs on eBay you will get the traffic. Thus, you don't need to list daily to dominate door knobs on eBay. kinda eye opening concept here. Find a niche or products that others aren't selling. Just like a vending machine, I fill that bag of chips when it is low.

That’s top rated plus. I’m normal top rated. Plus isn’t worth it to me to have to accept returns and ship every day to say like 10 cents in fees per sale.
