I have asked San Martin to explain oil pressed dials. This was the reply but I have asked more questions so as soon as I have more detail I will add it.
“This is a kind of dial production process, and the ordinary dial is different, it is the first production of a dial mold, directly through the oil pressed molding. This dial is more three-dimensional. The process is more complex and more expensive”

WHY I OFTEN DON'T MENTION OTHER BRANDS IN MY VIDEOS.
You may have noticed that I often don't mention the original brands that watches I am reviewing pay homage to. This is very intentional and not meant to offend you or the original brands. I lost my first channel in October 2020 which I had spent 9 months growing and invested a significant amount of money in simply because I had mentioned the original brands in some of my videos. There are people who try to use KZbins lack of understanding when it comes to the difference between homage watches and fake watches to attack other channels and their owners and sadly I fell foul of this in 2020. This channel was also attacked recently and KZbin deleted content simply because I had said 'subby homage' and 'Rolex homage' in two videos despite the watches in the videos being perfectly legal homage watches. Please understand that I can not afford to risk my channel so I will no longer be mentioning other brands when reviewing homage watches.

Remarkable intuitive production of new San Martin watches with crisp color textures and the completion in this market of micro brand watches that are selling as fast as hot bakery goods. The competition if they don’t catch up soon will take loses and perhaps think of how they avoid going belly up from said facts. It's a shame that they released the new SN0129 models just before the sale and there are no other reviews yet. I'd like to see what the other colors look like. I'm most curious about the gray and purple. On SM video there are no purple and dark blue ones.

My SM has a very buttery smooth NH34 in it and the finish is as good as my seiko. I'm sold. Best value watch out there IMO

@@Wtfizdat I have one with the nh34, I don’t mind that but once you try a sw200 or a myota 9000 everytime you put a nh35 back on you feel kind of disappointed. They just don't feel as nice nor look as nice and the price difference to the myota isn't that big.

I have an 'original' SN0129 in my collection but damn San Martin are doing a great job of tempting me to get another. That orange dial looks the business. Can't justify 2 GMTs but if they did that Agate dial in the 3 hander then I'd be in trouble. Edit: Looking at the pricing for the new 3 hander SN0129 (oil pressed dial) you can get $30 off until 25th with code SN0129GC30 and $40 off for the GMT with code, SN0129GB140. I assume that with stack with back to school codes so it's actually a decent deal for a new release.

Thank you for your excellent channel. San Martin explosive colors and as you well indicated someone should be able to find a color theme that is suitable. I really like what San Martin is producing with these models however they may wish to consider taking off about $25 in their prices for the SN0129 GMT’s as they pricing looks like is beginning to spike with said color themes variations. Sometimes you as a business company such as San Martin can gain more in sales when the pricing gets a little more conservative not that it is unaffordable but if you agree a business any business can sell more much more when one gives an irresistible value.. The SNO144 looked great. I like these other ones fine, but 3 o’clock dates annoy me. I like at the 6 or 12 or not at all. There’s too many options out there to buy a watch that annoys me so I just pass on these

I have to take a contrary view I’m afraid. I bought one with a white, sand dune effect dial. Without the benefit of studio lighting and an optimum angle, the sand dune effect was barely discernible. It was also faulty. So that doesn’t say much for quality control. Overall it looked really cheap and tacky. I sent it back. I accept this was just one watch, so I remain open-minded, but for now - San Martin - no thanks.
