When I met the people here, before diagnosis my weight was 215# but no weight loss program was given me, I was a former artistic model at 125# on what planet do you think I am on, that people would see me as this fat Heffer. I'm not hiding, I've been dealing with a very serious medical issue, and still am, which I would gladly doiscuss with you, I've been praying for healing, hasn't arrived, and now progressing under doctor care. I do not know, nor do I care, what others may think or say; I don't embibe in any of those high school behaviors, which is basically their insecurities within themselves, trying to deflect on others. And in turn I have high cortisol which is made me gain weight plus I'm in menopause so I got both. Matter what I do I can't lose it I even got some ashwagandha and some sea moss. I hiked almost everyday this summer and all I could do is gain weight. Part of it my stress is what they put me through and what the people around me are putting me through. So I guess when I can get my cortisol levels down my stress lowers a little bit I'll be able to lose weight. I wasn't this heavy when I met them he can't hint I wonder why I gained Why so stressed couldn't be what they put me through for the glamor spills they did that you guys talked about. ❤❤❤ Either way it is what it is right now until I can get my cortisol under control. And it's not what somebody has on the outside that counts it's what's on the inside and a little bit of happiness and not so much negative and a little bit less stress would work wonders for me. But I'm not about to bake somebody to do that for me they want to do it on their own I'm appreciative If not I'm not begging anyone.
