I used both S20fe and S21fe, but this one is a total disaster. Internals are up to the mark according to the legacy of this fan edition series but look wise, it looks as similar as A54 of their midrange series. Thick bezzels and weight is too high 211gm.

They also didn't provide HDR playback in netflix which is a very cheap move. Same thing they did with S20 FE and S21 FE. It doesn't take a lot of money for samsung to get netflix HDR playback certification but samsung decided to just skip it and stick with youtube HDR playback which is useless in my opinion. My shows are more important to me then youtube videos

Probably, Samsung should release this with the name of the A74. Even those bezels wouldn't meet the expectations of the A73 series. No Victus protection means Samsung itself scored a self-goal. For this S23 FE, I have no interest at all in buying it at 50K without a charger and case.

I am using this device and I can definitely say , this is a complete all rounder, I had some doubts wrt Exynos 2200, but the performance has been relatively good with moderate usage ( some gaming, watching content , social media , videography). Battery life is just ok, not great not bad but camera is definitely a big plus.

I have been a user of fan edition phones since last 3 years. I have used the S20 FE 5g and then the S21 FE, both the phones were ultimate. There was no comparison to these phone in the price range. I recently upgraded to the latest S23 FE and honestly saying I am really disappointed with this one. The phone gets heated quickly and lags for few seconds as you unlock it. The earlier models I used came with Snapdragon processors but this one has an Exynoss processor. I think Samsung should look into it and get it fixed. I think if someone is paying INR 65000 for a phone, the phone should atleast not lag while using. I am really disappointed this time. I would recommend people to chose another phone instead of this one.

I don't think this phone is worth the price. For 15k less, the Nothing Phone (2) is giving a better flagship experience: 1. Same metal and glass build but also slim and symmetrical bezzels on the front. 2. Snapdragon 8+ Gen1! Can't say enough good things about this chip, it is the performance and efficiency champ. 3. Higher 45W charging + Reverse wireless charging. 4. LTPO display. Shame on Samsung for cutting out on this. Missing out on higher IP68 rating and telephoto lens in NP2, I'm okay with that compromise.

@@AponTechy Coming from Galaxy A73 which had OneUI, I'm enjoying Nothing OS much more. It's mostly stock android which is something I love and Nothing has added some nice customisations on the home screen and lock screen with widgets and folders. Plus some playful stuff with the Glyphs. Meanwhile Samsung has started putting ads and bloatware in OneUI. Maybe not in FE but even A73 costed around 50k and had them! They used to push apps like Cred and Byjus in software updates. Any company that does this doesn't deserve my respect. Telephoto lens will be missed. I mentioned that in my post. But at around 40k, no one offers telephoto anyway. Can live with that compromise. OS updates depends on your usage. I'm okay with Nothing's 3+4 policy since I like to change a phone in 3 or max 4 years.
