The steps don’t really matter as long as he’s not carrying the ball and as long as the ball is live it’s good. That’s like counting stutter steps, that not the focal point nor does it matter.

Cel that was not a travel imo. That first 1,2 you counted should be considered step 0 since he still hasn’t pick up the ball yet and it was still a hesi. It was really a hesi into a spin and the spin was the only 2 steps he took. Same move a lots of NBA guys do in game, they just go for a normal layup instead of a spin. 11:32
