The poppy dropping that many kills with the bug gets the account banned, but everyone on the enemy team, the victims in this sense, also get in trouble because of the programs cuz it thinks they’re all inting. Disabling Poppy wouldn't fix this because, while she is the most popularly known example of this bug (for some reason), it can be done on any champion who has a certain kind of ability (untargeted AoE damage spells, I believe; other good examples are Illaoi Q, Kayn W, and I think Lux E).

As mentioned before this is an exploit thats done with any champ (basically) that has the defined area aoe, like kayn w, taric e, poppy q, etc. And its done with hexflash although its done in a much more difficult fashion without it but it may require scripts for that way.
