INGREDIENTS :
✅ 1 kilogram of flour
✅ 2 spoons of salt
✅ 5 spoons of oil
✅ 200 ml of warm water
✅ oil
✅ 1 kilogram of potatoes
✅ 2 onions
✅ 50 grams of butter
RECIPE:
➡️ Prepare the dough. Add 2 tablespoons of salt and 5 tablespoons of oil to 1 kilogram of flour. Knead the dough with 200 ml of warm water
➡️ When we have made the dough, cover it with a little oil and leave it for 30 minutes at room temperature
➡️ Divide the dough into 3 parts and roll out the noodles, which we will oil a little and leave for 20 minutes at room temperature
➡️ Finely slice the potatoes and grate 2 onions. Add: 1 spoonful of vegetables, 1 spoonful of pepper and half a spoonful of salt. Mix the mixture
➡️ Spread the dough across the table and cut it in half. Fill the edges with potatoes and roll up. We make sticks from the dough
➡️ Arrange the patties in a baking tray, oil them and leave to bake for 30 minutes at 250°C, or until golden brown.
➡️ When the pie is baked, pour 200 ml of salted boiled water over it and put it back in the oven for another 5 minutes
➡️ Melt 50 grams of butter and coat the pie.
