Bis zu dem Moment, in dem die Pilze in die Suppe kommen, mache ich mit der Hälfte des Gemüses die Suppe! Wenn das Gemüse weichgekocht ist, wird die Suppe pürriert! Danach nehme ich die zweite Hälfte des Gemüses und eine Karotte in feine Würfel geschnitten und die Pilze! Durch das Pürrieren ist die Suppe schön gebunden und hat trotzdem "echte" Fruchtstücke drinnen! Ist auch lecker! Vielen Dank für das tolle Video! Sehr anregend!💪 👍😎🇦🇹

Watching your video again, I have a couple of questions: first, what kind of bread did you use for the cucumber toast? Looks like a multi-grain, is that right? Second, what kind of vegetable broth do you use? It looks much lighter-colored than most veggie broth you can get in the US, which is normally a tan color. Do you make your own veggie broth, and if so, could you post that recipe, too? Thanks so much, this soup is going to be one of my best, soothing and warming dinner choices for the coming winter.💕

Przepisy warte spróbowania. Ale filmy strasznie długie. Musze zawsze oglądać na zwiększonych obrotach. Dlatego jak widzę 8 min filmu to często pomijam. A szkoda😊
