There is a difference between "love never ending and of love never failing". The One Person who embodies love never ending or failing is the Person Jesus Christ. His act of unconditional Love sent Him to the Cross. His act of obedience in Love showed His submission to His Heavenly Father. Jesus was and is the true example and fulfilment of 1 Corinthians 13:4-13. Love never fails. His Love for us never fails.

In the KJV, there is no longer ANY mention of Love in the chapter of Love. The greatest of these is not love, it's charity. And just think about this verse. 1 Cor 13:3 "And though i bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though i give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing". Here, we have a perfect discription of Charity, yet the verse should say Love, so even with these extreme acts of charity, it doesn't amount to anything according to this verse.

@@alexanderstevens145 that's only half correct. It's changing online to coincide with the changes in the print. I have a Bible from 1973 that's changing.
