I will die on the hill that terrorshocks are stupid in the game as-is. Imo any hunter who's swing speed is not react-able (and I would count Ivy bc she swings pretty fast + you cant look at herTM) is usually disqualified from having a "skill-based" terror shock because the other side had no chance to do anything against it except pray. And its not like TS during kiting where you can simply not vault - bc what are you gonna do, just not rescue lol-? I never terrorshock anyone intentionally, and as a viewer id much rather see someone go down to a double dmg than a terror shock, and as a survivor i'd obviously also appreciate not getting ts'ed frame 1...
