Fantastic advice! About a month ago I started exercising my shoulders, but it was just my own creativity, a small subset of what you present here. I've just tested your exercises and I clearly feel they do the job! I'll stick to them for long. Thank you!

Enjoyed this. I have been doing these basic exercises (Physical Therapy recommendation from years ago) and they do work. However, the added variations you presented are new to me and much appreciated. Thanks!

The most common cause of shoulder pain for older players with respect to the serve is staying TOO sideways (topspin serve) and/or not using the shoulder over shoulder technique. These issues pinch the rotator cuff and no matter how strong you are the tendons squeezed between the humeral head and the acromion will mess-up your day. Strength to be able to control the racquet in order to use the proper technique is critical, of course. But don’t forget it’s technique x 3 first imho.

Golf elbow injury here. Don't use your hammer drill over the shoulder in concrete? Or have a steel beam fall on my head? Or eat ultra-processed foods? My range of motion of my neck was low. Sometimes it is not where it hurts that's the problem.

I think the best way to avoid tennis injuries all round is correct technique..? Don't hit the ball late. Don't have frying pan serve - that one can really wreck your elbows and shoulder..?
