To raise your night club popularity: 1. Goto the computer in the basement of the night club where all the cargo is stored. 2. In the club management section in the computer, where you can assign the resident DJs, keep changing the DJs from one to the other. Doesn't matter which order. Do it atleast 10 times. Each time this will cost you GTA$10,000. 3. Your club popularity meter should be full or close to full at this stage. 4. To keep the popularity meter full, walk into the nightclub from the cargo loading area (not the front gate) and walk to you office. Your bouncer will text you about someone making a scene or a VIP needs to be dropped off. Do that, you get paid 10K - 12K each time and the club popularity meter stays full. 5. Every 50 minutes or so your night club popularity stays full, you get GTA$50,000 deposited into you nightclub office wall safe.

From what I've experienced, it you get the agency armory upgrade, you get 10 of every armor. If you use up any level and go to buy more, it'll put you in the minus for the amount of armor you have combined between the other levels.

What worked for me was investing in the night club and fully modding the speed custome and then I used it as a bodyguard vehicle for others and got over 5mill in about 2 days
