Why does Torvesta use the 15% defence prayer when he's 1 defence? But doesn't use the 15% attack prayer when he's 99 attack? 15% of 1 is 0.15, 15% of 99 is 14.85?

He wouldnt need an atk bonus against people around his combat level or lower. Most people lvl 94 have around 60 to 70 defence which is nothing against 99 atk. But when they got 70 atk and you got 1 def you want everything you can to help.

The thing is too that it's rounded to the nearest whole number, so 15% of level 1 def actually gives you 1 def, so all he is doing is burning prayer :P

99-1-99 brids were popular stats in the old school 2d classic days and private severs. 1 def with 69 mage for fire blast and 40 prayer for improved reflexes and ultimate str. Also protect from missiles was avail. Combat would be 88 but a lot trained hp to 99hp making the account deadly. You guys really missed out on 3 round combat and the thrill in “catching”. Also Varrock wild for low level pk was the best ! TAKE ME BACK ! Started to play osrs it’s not the same but still fun ;)
