Ryu is usually amazing but I don't think there were any times he completed a level or had the crowd chanting his name. Carl got chanted twice. Of course, Carl also failed the first two jumps in one level three times in a row. Was that intentional? I feel like if he intended to die he could have done it faster. Ryu almost clutched that level with the two boo stacks getting closer and closer on each side but he failed to enter the overhead pipe at the end. It was such amazing playing until the end where I don't understand how he missed the pipe with two jumps at it. Overall I felt Ryu wasn't playing as well as he usually does on stream when he's focused.
