As someone who works for Avis Rent a Car. Since Covid we have been seeing cars with mileage anywhere from 50k-100k miles on them. They are hanging onto cars a lot longer now.

As for the ram the flashing on the dash and stuff is the battery overall is cooked every time my rams battery was bad all the electronics act up as for the sound I’m not sure but even if you charge the battery the screen dash even camera will act up

I had worked for Hertz for a while. They held on to their cars for a long time. Many of them were in rough condition yet they still rented them out. I seen a Camaro convertible come in the was badly side swiped. They had it repaired and whoever did the body work really was bad. The door didn't line up and the paint job was terrible. Yet they still rented that car out. I checked out cars people rented that was 2 years old with over 70k on it. I didn't understand how that company could really keep such high mileage cars and rent them out.

Not necessarily. I have a 2019 Ram 1500 Hemi with only 25k miles. Reg oil changes every 4k miles. Always serviced. It has developed the hemi tick. And I’m in Florida.

I hate to correct you but the stock Bighorn that's the level one package in the stock Bighorn level two package gives you heated seats heated steering wheel Outlet inverter and a lot more stuff I believe what you're thinking of is the base trim

Idk about Nissans, but that fast beeping with my Honda means that the key got too far away for it to lock as in the trunk is open when the key leaves proximity and it gets closed, it'll beep like that

Here in Canada the base model is the tradesman. The bighorn is the step up. That's why it has heated seats and wheel. So it's tradesman. Big horn. Outdoorsman. Whatever falls after those sport Laramie limited maybe? Not sure after that lol.

Same in the U.S Big Horn isn't the base model... Also, Tradesman can be had in the Night Edition, and it looks high end exterior.. Research Tradesman Night Edition. Just go to the RAM truck site and they tell you and you can build and price and load up a Tradesman to look like a higher trim and the Big Horn has more options and you can add the Night Edition to that too.

@29:57 Randy you told us in the last video that someone told you that the company that owns those cars and trucks have to cook the books first (well you did not say that exactly but I did) so that they can show a profit because when they put those vehicles up for sale they are most likely to take a loss and they have to report that they took a loss and until they are ready to do that those vehicles will not be up for sale.

The Nissan is fussing about the keys being in the car. It does that when the capacitive lock on the handle gets touched while the keys are in the car. It thinks you're trying to lock it, so it's saying "no, the keys are still in here.".. It can be very sensitive.

They had it listed at $30k and it was the best match for what she wanted vs all the others we looked at. The dealer would not come down on the price. We traded a 2014 explorer sport with 126k miles and they gave us $10k for it. So we financed $20k on the new Explorer. Looking back, we definitely paid too much. Should have gotten it for $5k less... but all well, what can you do?
