As a Victor player, i can only speak for myself on how he plays. In my opinion, i think Victor is a risk reward type of character. He may appear "busted" but he does have a lot of moves that he has to commit or be punished dearly for it. Especially in that Lai stance.

u1,1,3+4 or u1,1 and hold down. the whole sequence is db1+2(heat)> u,1,1D> IAI 1,1+2 > u1,1D > IAI d2 > IAI 1,1+2

@@saltednostrils3118 correct, most stances are not real in this game and can be interrupted with a jab, however IAI 1,1+2 is plus on block, as is IAI d2 in heat, and interrupting the u1,1D doesnt give you anything and risks getting counterhit for 30+ damage

If you don't want to actually learn the game or at least be able to skip 70% of the basics than play Victor and boom. Plus frame ga lore.
