you need to attack with 4 different moves when the effect activate around you, otherwise it will never apply electric debuff, you never used it actually because you attacked with side 1 side 2, neutral air and repeated side 1 side 2.

The shocked is extremely hard to activate, like damn near impossible to consistently do it in matches. Wish it was just 3 hits. You actually didn’t activate it at all throughout the fifth like the commenter mentioned

How do you get the telekinetic take down ability for raven? They showed it off in her ability overview trailer and I can’t figure out how to get it or unlock it

They removed it day one because of bugs with it. It’s currently just not available 😢
