That “faraday cage” has been reviewed and it’s a bit different from this model but (I think it was LTT) found that the “cage” is just a modified paper holder, literally

Loving my Huntsman, I admittedly don't use the analog functionality that often (mostly driving in GTA and slowing movement speed in tactical FPS games) but I absolutely love the smooth feel of those analog keys. The only quirk that takes some getting used to is the lack of a mechanical actuation point, so no haptic feedback when you configure for lighter presses. Takes about 1-2 days to get used to.

The thing with the analog keyswitches is that they are actually very useful if you can "retrain" yourself a bit. When you use an analog stick on a controller, you can control how quickly you move. You can do the same thing with the keyboard but it just takes time to retrain yourself a bit so that you can take advantage of the different actuation points in order to move slower when needed. Hardware Canucks did a video about Razer keyswitches and explained it very well on how the optical keyswitches can be useful

But the weird thing is that sony and microsoft already used analog buttons before. And it was not good. It made the controllers cost more, and developers had no ideas how to use it. And the ones that did, the game just felt more clunky. MGS2 was a little more clunky with how you holster guns

I got that keyboard for my birthday with my new gaming pc, I think people should know there is a slight issue with with this keyboard. While it has only happened a few times with me thus far after owning it for just under a week it is noticeable. If you're using the WASD keys I have had time where after releasing the key it will still register that it's pressed, resulting in the car for example turning more or still accelerating for example. Its a simple fix when you notice it's happening and a tapping the affected key will fix it. So far this has happened in GTAV, Hitman 3, CSGO and a few other games. There is a fix for it just closing the software synaps, once it's closed you will never get the issue. However if it's running which most people would want it that way to control color, key press ect. Then you will get this issue, I'm thinking of changing out and getting a Logitech G915 but i'm not 100% sure yet.
