These training aircraft are a gateway to many a person wanting to get into the hobby , they are great . I broke mine a number of times so I built my own out of four mm ply , it bounces really well

We found the spring nose gear leg on the V1 was way to soft for Grass ops - we had to apply super glue to stiffen it up its ok on tarmac but not grass. this v2 nose gear spring looks a lot stiffer

Like landing on Mars... floating and bouncing forever.

It's Winter so grass isn't mowed olled every week. Good aeroplane for those conditions.

Which crossfire module are you using? I've got the Irange 4in1 and it's causing signal dropouts between my radiomaster tx16s and my flysky fs-16 when using my flysky as a student radio.

Well...first I wouldn't use 2 different manufacturer radios for buddy boxing. Asking for trouble. My CRSF external module is just the one that RadioMaster sell. Works perfectly.

Something wrong there somewhere! The only reason that I can think of that you would be getting "signal dropouts" when transmitting Flysky AFHDS 2A from a student FS-i6 to the iRangeX IRX4 module's Flysky Rx protocol on a master TX16S would be from very poor aerial placement or swamping from having good aerial placement and the 2 transmitters too close together. Also what is your connection from the master TX16S to the plane? Crossfire/ELRS or another protocol from an internal 4-in1 module? Do you have the 2 antennas on the TX16S properly separated? Anyhow the best (and cheapest) wireless connection from the FS-i6 to the TX16S would not be via a second module but by using a simple Flysky serial receiver feeding directly into the TX16S serial input pins.

@@EssentialRC it was a member of my club that suggested the module, I've been using a buddy lead and had no issues

Looks rather twitchy to me unless you’re over correcting much of the time.
