This recipe is so delicious that I could make it every week!🔝 Top recipe
Banana buns.
RECIPE banana rolls.
150 ml warm water.
150 ml warm milk.
40g sugar.
8 g dry yeast.
Mix everything well.
Cover the yeast mixture with a kitchen towel.
Leave the yeast mixture in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Add 40 ml vegetable oil.
Mix everything together.
Sift 480 g flour.
Add 1 teaspoon salt.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Add flour in parts.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Form the dough into a ball.
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
For the filling:
Slice 2 bananas.
Melt 20 g butter in a frying pan.
1 tablespoon sugar.
Fry until brown.
Add chopped bananas.
Fry for 1 minute.
The dough turned out well.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Divide the dough into 12 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Cover the dough balls with cling film.
Leave the dough on the work surface for 10 minutes.
Press the dough ball with your hands.
Put the filling on the dough.
Seal the edges of the dough.
Form the dough into a ball.
Place the rolls in a baking pan lined with baking paper.
Cover the buns with cling film.
Leave the rolls in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.
Brush the rolls with a mixture of egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Sprinkle the buns with white sesame seeds.
Bake the rolls in the oven preheated to 170°C for 20-25 minutes.
The buns are ready!
