Every day I sip this delicious drink rosemary(fresh from my garden) clove and ginger (fresh too)....sometimes I add curcuma and black pepper too......never I am in any pain....I am 70yo 😉❤🎉

my mom makes medicinal teas like this all the time for our family and they truly do work! she doesn’t let the water boil though. she said that takes away the nutrients that we need. instead, she says to steep it until it gets really hot, then drain.

So true and powerful! One thing to note though.... Don't allow the tea to boil vigorously. You'd lose a lot of medicinal ingredients/nutrients that way. Once you heat the boiling point, turn off the heat and let the tea brew for a couple of minutes.

Majority of plants are healing especially the ""weeds"" that everyone gets sucked in to thinking are bad and pressed to kill...Dandelion for instance is actually our most nutritious veggie! U can use the whole plant! Can even make coffee by roasting the roots! Can use the leaves in salad stews etc can use the petals for baking all diff things salads u can make tea and wine w em etc etc also good ti use in salves for skin issues and moisturing and such etc ...the more u know 😉

Thank u so much! This is the best. I am trying to get back on shapewas a bit sore. Pulled or strained something in rt scapula area. I was drinking ginger turmeric with a little relief. I tried this as soon as I saw it and immediately felt better. Teied more in the morning when my clove was delivered and it feels line there was nver a problem. These herbs are amazing. I was am going to mention to my PCP during my follow-up appointment as I planned but not as urgent as before the clove, ginger, rosemary. I just want to make sure what i did is resolved since I had and still have a bit of discomfort that feels like something irritating a nerve. I have a numbness feeling in the arm down to my fingers. But nothing like b 4. I am a caregiver for my elderly mom with dementia and by profession. I can not afford to be in pain. Thanks so much for the recipe, again.😊
