2:07 I think lounge access is free if you are Platinum or above. Some travelers said this hotel is showing its age and need renovation. Their room have balcony with rotting wood. The toilet flush with low water pressure. Do you experience anything like that?

Yeah the hotel is kinda old but luckily we didn’t face any issues during our stay and all was comfortable ☺️
