I just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying its ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $450k gains within months, I'm really just confused at this point.

Thanks for the useful info! You looked like my age and you already had multiple Finance internship experiences, and really makes me feel like falling behind. I'm already a senior majoring in Economics and still never had an internship experience.

GS is not for everyone, with no PR or citizenship in these days, u got no chance.

Without an internship there is almost no chance unless you have elite connections. But don’t worry about it too much. IB really isn’t for everyone and that’s absolutely fine. There are still many awesome careers and opportunities in the financial services sector.

I’m gonna be a junior and I’ve yet to have an internship so I know how you feel. I’d recommend looking into YearUp, you do about 6 months of learning and development and then you’re placed in an internship based on your interests and performance. It is kind of a demanding program but if I’m being real, you only need common sense + discipline to get through it. I’d advise looking into the Investment Operations path, I’ve heard lots of good things about that
