great vid , great channel. im a old gammer from the 70s i had every console, and table top,hanheld, 100000s games and in 2000 i gave it away to charity shops, ive just started to get back into my gaming , i wish i would of kept all my gaming stuff, especially now it goes for a fortune.

Cool finds, racing games are my favourite as well :) Love the OutRun games in the Game Older section too. Certainly would buy Out Run for PS2 if I find it. Enjoyed so much playing OutRun with my Commodore 64 and Amiga 500. In fact, earlier today saw LGR video about PS2 hard drive and web connection add-ons, and there was footage about Out Run as well.

Not only was castlevania sunfaded, if u look when she took the cart out it had acclaim written behind it. So was also the wrong box. Not sure if the OG box would have Konami written behind the cart tho.

Split/Second is a fantastic game, I used to play it and Blur back in the day, both solid arcade style racing games in different ways. I've only played NFS Rivals on PS4 and PC so not sure how the PS3 version compares but a solid underrated NFS title nonetheless.

Great pick up with Dragons crown. Many lists I've seen many put in their top 20 beat em ups. I got Cannon Spike the other week with my vouchers when it appeared in CEX. While it's a fun enough game, and its cool to play as Arthur from Ghouls and Ghosts, Megaman and Charlie and Cammy from Street Fighter, and it has resident evil themed level with zombies and zombified k-9s, lasting only 25 mins per character play though, £400 quid is ways too steep, even despite its rarity and I believe that it's most expensive game on DC.

I picked up my copy of Cannon Spike for £190 about 4 months ago, so there are cheap copys out there. But its great fun and yes it was one of the last games on DC so its expensive.

Great pickup with Dragon's Crown! Such a good beat 'em up, loved playing it. Looks fantastic too, but that's standard with Vanillaware 😅 I noticed Wet in the 360 section of CEX, have you ever played that game? Great little gem there. Really fun third person action game in a grindhouse style

I have to agree about Castlevania. Knowing there are many ways to play the game and that the original cart is so expensive, I would want it in perfect conditions (or as good a condition my budget would allow).

The PS3 version of San Andreas is pretty rare. Came out on the system well after its PS2 release and as such went relatively unnoticed at the time as everyone had already played it on previous gen.

It's difficult to be critical of the retro selection in a CEX as it's entirely dependent on what comes through the door. Do they move retro stock around? PS That Perfect Dark box had a massive scratch down the right side of the front!

Not sure what happened to the comment I'd posted. It just said that Zavvi are selling a cool light up SF2 Arcade style marquee wall mountable bookshelf. It's not very big, but it had enough space to display a few of my Street Fighter games and funkos. There's also a Sonic one, but I wasn't too keen on that. Question about collecting. If you see a PAL version of a game, but it's an EU version say France or Germany do you tend to leave those or do you not mind if it's not a UKV ?

Road Redemption is really good, I play it via Steam on the PC. It's not as good as Road Rash as the soundtrack is just not nearly as good.
