It's pretty much all impoverished countries, India, China, Dominican Republic, a lot of the countries in Africa like the Congo river is pretty dirty from a lot of trash and oil, southeast Asian countries like Indonesia, they don't have the money of the infrastructure to get rid of plastic and garbage properly.

But you could also say the same for people just being "undisciplined" and of course this already falls to the lack of "education" but STILL as a person living in the Philippines I'd say its both. While of course not worse as this place, and we still have proper trash cans (albeit sometimes overflowing) people still throws their trash EVERYWHERE but the TRASHCAN. So yeah, what I'm saying is the environment, people can really change depending on what type of people that surrounds them.

I used to throw mindlessly because i dont know how much it can harm me and my parent dont teach me. And a large part of my country still dont have bin but people usually make their own DIY bin, its not that hard to make.

People will be mad either way if he donates publicly then he's using his money to boost his status as an individual, if he does it privately it shows people he's humble. While public donations will 100% help in people donation it will also result in more backlash to him simply cause people try to ruin his career with any simple thing he does.

I’ve said it 300 million times and I’ll say it again. The issue is not lazy people, or careless companies. It’s poverty. And that goes for more than just pollution too. People who are most affected by natural disasters? The poor. People who polute the most because they have to in order to survive? Poor countries/peoples. Countries that don’t have sufficient waste processing? Poor country’s. Poverty is the issue, and communism sure isn’t the cure. Global charity, capitalism, and foreign aid, can and has pulled billions of people out of poverty.
