I've been praying for elemental magw and shaman to work for so long. If the only real chance they have to actually be viable - lamplighter - gets nerfed because of ROGUE, I'm going to be SO mad.

@@jiveturkey333333 Bounce around hasn't been a meta player basically ever since its release, and it's not even being run in all of the lists I saw. The real culprits are obviously Shadowstep, Breakdance and Sonya. With that being said, since the balance team is seemingly allergic to nerfing these cards, I'd rather bounce around take the hit than lamplighter.

Some toxic stuff does have a place in the meta. Like hyper aggro cheap decks that have kept slow formulaic 200k dust greedy decks from becoming the mandatory thing to run in HS since the beginning of the game. They're complete bs to face, and we've all complained at a certain point after dying turn 4, but they are the unsung heroes of Hearthstone.

I gotta be honest, dying on turn 4 is better than dying at turn 19 from fatigue. At least one was quick and I get to just roll another game.

@@moonlight2870 How about dying on turn one from conceding? pretty much the same thing...next step is to stop playing...even more efficient if that is what you're looking for. I rather PLAY a 19 turn game than waste my time with dying on turn 4

I had thought of this combo before the expansion release, and was definitely something I wanted to try, but figured it would be a fun, niche OTK combo that could catch some slower decks. Maybe it'll drop off once decks are more optimised, but never thought it would be as strong as its looking right now.

How do you feel about the elemental ratios. Was playing both your old variation and the VS version and found that lamplighter resets damage if you dont play an elemental. With your version I found it hard to play the lamp up to more than 5 damage cuz the chain would break.

Some people are using the mini elemental that gives you frost spells to help with the elemental count. I forgot to mention this. It could be worth running.

I think they should wait with a bit with nerfs on cards from the new expansion. I've met so many different decks so far at 4-5k legend and nothing feels truly "broken" so yet. And new decks will keep happening for a couple of weeks probably. The biggest problem still seems to be Zilliax imo. Rotating it early seems like a kinda good idea.
