If you have the time, I'd be REALLY interested to see more of your process! Like if you plan the cake out by drawing the design first on paper... using watercolors on canvas to see if the colors and effects would be something you'd want... testing out your techniques on swatches of modeling chocolate... Once you get done painting the color and water onto the wafer paper there is a moment where it goes from wafer paper to your brain going oh lettuce. Like the paper disappears and all that your brain sees is lettuce. It just blows my mind
