REVERSE BULLET HELL, WITH MINING

Delve deep, Miner! Once the Drop Pod releases you into the oppressive darkness, you are on your own. Complete the mission objectives set forth by the Company, and make it back to the Drop Pod in time to try your luck at even more deadly and lucrative encounters. Progress deeper and deeper into the planet while you grow ever stronger, survive all the way to the very end of your assignment, and finally get extracted alongside your hefty sack of loot.

Just found your videos. Man I play DRG on Xbox after it came to Gamepass and I’m so sad that this game isn’t on any consoles. It would play SOOOO well on console! Xbox just added a game to Gamepass a few months ago the ago called Brotato and it feels like a very similar game except in the DRG universe.

Is sidearm that good? Have to get a weapon to level 6 to potentially get it. Isn’t it better to just level up the main weapon 5 times? Even common upgrades will give a total of 50% more damage.

no, sidearm is better because it multiplies your damage by the modifiers. For example, if you have 100% damage +50% damage+85% damage, it is worse to get (150%*50%*85%) vs (100%*50%*85%) *25%). Bracket 2 is better then bracket 1. the new update UI explains this.

@@joshuatan942 i did a run where it did around 1000 damage x6. it's ok but not really that good. Most of the good part of the update is buffing the plasma overclocks that relate to adding fire or electric. Basically, Engineer got turbo buffed to have more weapon variety. Weapons like tactical lead buster, lead storm, deepcore etc. that also have conversion are more usable. Interragor driller with fire+acid grenade might be something for Idle to make a video on.

If you go for single weapon runs like this one you might want to consider which synergies you don't want and if it's worth risking more picks you don't want over getting sidearm. In this scenario you most likely got offered less repulsor upgrades because you picked a second projectile weapon giving you projectile upgrades that you don't want.
