Skarner ult supresses, but ye he stuns too. Syndra is a decent reason but youre playing against alistar draven in lane and syndra stun is very avoidable. Cleanse obviously doesnt help there and its a complete fistfight lane so a summoner spell that actually does something is pretty needed. If youre actually taking cleanse because Viego might kill someone on ur team and be able to stun youre tripping
