Reposting this again to help anyone with battery issues . Worked for many viewers last time i posted it in jeff's old video ! Here's what I recommend after extensive research and trials : 1) Clear cache after every update to get rid of redundant old files that might interfere with the new update files . 2) Disable Ram plus feature . The 12 GB RAM is already more than enough and unless you open a plethora of apps , it will hold well . Ram plus does you battery , since the phone has to actively read the UFS storage as a ram partition and thus more processing goes on in the background. 3) Always make sure that your applications are up to date whether from the playstore or Samsung store , trust me makes a very big difference, because alot of apps simply weren't optimized to the newer One UI OS and as such run inefficiently and drain battery . This is especially true if you just got the phone new and used smart switch to transfer all the apps from the old phone without updating them . 4) This is a bad bug I guess but it is annoying . If you use the Protect battery feature that keeps the battery at 85% , after a while the phone actually recalibrates itself to consider that this as the new 100% capacity and as such discharges the battery faster . This happened on my s22 ultra and my current s23 ultra . Disabling it and charging the phone to 100% every now and then , actually helps prevent that and ever since I started doing that , battery has been great . 5) lastly , most of the times when I was having bad battery life I was always comparing my phone at 85% to someone's else's at 100% , and that has a significant difference probably amounting to an extra 1-2 hours SOT or an extra several hours of standby time , due to the fact that the battery drainage from 100 to 85 is actually very slow compared from 85 downwards . So please do keep that in mind Hope that helps!

@@SheerMayhem I don't have a specific schedule or period to avoid any inconvenience. I simply charge it to 100% if I know that I am going to spend the whole day outside home and need the phone to last . Maybe once every 2/3 weeks i guess

Ram plus is not affect of battery life. I tested it 2 years on and off. Many times ita better if juu ram plus is 4gb. No is off but i enable it future verhaps

Hello Jeff... Thanks for this tip. It was not turned on in my Flip 3, but thanks for the alert. Planing on upgrading to a Flip 4 or 5 and hopefully I'll get better battery performance.
