You sound undecided, but That’s life coming at ya. 10th gen Si coupes are unique and you’ve gotten so far with yours. You just showed us that it could work. You’re the reason I decided to big turbo my 2020 Si coupe. I’m a family man myself my daughter is 8 yo, it’s easier for me at this stage. Hopefully you keep your coupe but if you decide to move on and go fk8 or fl5 I wouldn’t blame ya. Haha. Good luck to your family and yourself. 👍🏼

@@vipmodlex0376 it will definitely get easier as she gets older. I’ve had so many chances on getting an R but I keep passing up on it because I literally love the coupe lol. My wife just wants me to chill with no payments for a while so maybe a project car on the side might be more fun lol

I had a baby when I bought my Si sedan back in 2017. Did not even consider the coupe for that reason. But the coupe does look a lot better.

I've had 4 passengers with me in a 10th gen civic coupe. Back seats can work well if passengers are 5-8 ish and shorter. But if I needed to use back seats regularly, I would definitely get a sedan. Preferably something midsized like camry or accord.

I always park far away with my coupe and I don't even have kids. I park as far away as I can, and where there's a curb so nobody can park on one side. Also, as a kid through the 80s my dad always had coupes. Saab, and dodge omni glh . We did fine.

I had a 2008 SI, then I traded it in for an 2012 Accord Coupe. Then, I got two kids and had to trade that in for a van. Now I'm living the van life. Sucks. Can't wait to return to my coupe days again.

My wife almost divorced me when I came home in my 9th gen civic si(fg4)😂😂😂 I’d also wait it out especially if you put a lot of time, money and effort into the car but the family comes first obviously. And when the times comes. Park the coupe and get a sedan, don’t sell or trade the coupe!!.

I think the drone actually helps the baby with the resemblance of the white noise but let me ask you, how does the shifting affect the baby? Like if she’s sleeping or calm does the shifting every now and then move her a lot or shake her? Thanks for posting this video bro, I’m in a very similar situation like you, just had a baby and I have the same car as you and I have yet to put the baby in the car. That’s why we sold my wife’s accord for a 2024 CRV Sport Hybrid because I knew it was going to be hard in my coupe

I drive like a grandma when she’s in the car. so she doesn’t get freaked out in between shifts. But like I said in the video, it’s more of a last resort if I need to take her somewhere without wife, otherwise we just take her RDX

I'm the rv6 660 & Full Race Hpfp from having 550hp with 450 ft lbs of torque reliably for probably close to the same money your putting in that..? I love the content bro. It only gets easier the older they get! I used to have a coupe and made it work for 2 kid's. They get in themselves eventually 🫡. Space wise not much difference from the sedan.
