Steve Watson sets you apart. Excellent techniques. I'm not sure anyone has mentioned it to you, but consider omitting that commonly used stock photo of a call center worker. It is used everywhere and is frequently used to malign legitimate Indian call center workers. And of course, all Indians don't look alike, but that is the message being sent, unintentional as it may be.
