The baby wandering is common to many. I was around 1&1/2 years old, and constantly wandering. My parents were right there, didn’t know to put furniture across the door or a bell on me. At least my name and address on my clothes. One time I walked a block away, and some kind lady found me, kept me safe until my mother got me. Other kids were my baby brother over 10 years later (he once even got hit by a car), and a little toddler who went blocks away and crossed a very busy boulevard! And the fact in this case the mother wasn’t even home when the baby wandered out, that’s just awful!

Hate to be the Asian who tells you this, but it's China ...do you really think they care about one of billions of children enough to truly investigate if the baby will be safe with her? They don't. The video even says the authorities took the baby and "safely returned him/her back to the mother". We are speaking about the same country who's government allowed builders to use horribly subpar materials to build a middle school gymnasium that later collapsed on top of hundreds of children and then that same government would not allow the parents see or bury their children's bodies until they signed a contract to not speak about their children's deaths online or with any reporters. They do not give a single F about the children. They care about saving face. The video says clearly the authorities rewarded the two men for being heroes for finding the baby yet they returned the baby to the mother who left the baby alone with the door open.

The incident with the wee tiny baby has been happening a lot lately. Recently, a woman took a 2week vacation while leaving her 6 and 4 year old at home to fend for themselves. There were several other incidents of a mother or father leaving their baby in a hot car strapped in a car seat during the summer. Then, there’s the case of parents who kept their 3 children locked in cages and almost starved. When rescuers found them, one child, who was 16, looked no older than an8 year old! If people aren’t going to take care of their own children, should they have children?! These things are happening much too often!

They never popped into the kitchen, hung out some clothes or fetched something from another room? They never napped when the baby was ‘asleep’? So the video right after the baby one with the light against the stairwell my house used to do this too when a car would drive by and the headlights would flash and it looks like it would come through that circular window and the door mine used to do that all the time and because the circular window in our door was like stained glasses it would come off kind of weird and distorted I definitely think that's what that was

Damn i was that size baby.. my mom and dad went out for the night and my sister and brother was watching me, but they fell asleep. I wanted my mom and dad. I somehow knew how to open the door.. it was winter.. i cross the street and police found me a block away.. long story short.. police found my parents and i went back home... this was like in 1995

Were your parents in a tye around by your house? Also, what were they doing in the middle of winter out in a field? Just strolling? My parents used to take strolls too but not in the middle of winter. They must love their excercise.
