Dr Milton ,my plan is as follows Since Ielts is compulsory in Europe, I will apply in an English college in Ireland for 8 months of English course that I can renew 3 times. During this English course I will pass the different test Ielts etc. Once I am done I intend to apply to a full course there or while not use the English proficiency to go to the Netherlands, that is my plan and reason for choosing this method. Hope is a good idea .
