Too many people think if they use it for commentary or they use less than 10 seconds, the "fair use" clause will protect them and they end up getting their asses sued off! To gauge whether something is fair use it has to pass several tests in court. Yes, you can also post on TikTok and make money with their creator program however, you do have to get a lot more views on TikTok (which honestly is easier on TikTok) to make money… for example, I know someone who recently started going hard on TikTok and they don’t get a ton of views regularly but every so often one of their videos pop off and get over a million views which boosts their income a lot. With all that being said, KZbin will definitely pay way more than TikTok even with LESS views, so I would say KZbin is priority… but it doesn’t hurt to repurpose content on TikTok.

I have zero experience with what this channel is trying to teach, however, based on my personal KZbin consumption, I would recommend using an early letter of the alphabet to name your channel. My list of subscriptions is alphabetic so channels that start with A are seen (by me) most often. I don’t often scroll down to the channels that start with T, W, etc. Hope this helps. It’s just one aspect to consider.

You would select “no” in this scenario. Although yes the videos are being made with AI, the AI is simply constructing the video using real images and footage. From my understanding KZbin only wants you to select “yes” on the AI question if you used AI to alter those real videos or real people, OR if the AI created an entirely new made-up image. So you would still be able to monetize, but even if you are making AI generated content it can still be monetized on KZbin. So you’re safe either way.

The biggest problem is as always! Thousands of people see this video and another video that tells the same story and thousands of people who are going to copy all this and then there is nothing to earn because this trick is saturated and that is why people do not get mass traffic! If no one had told this on youtube then you would be a millionaire quickly! If you know this trick alone and/or together with a very small group of people.

Problem I see is making these videos based on trending topics. The topic spikes in popularity, then dies off. No one is interested in an earthquake in LA a month after it happened. But I guess if you can bang out multiple videos a day it then becomes a numbers game. Quantity over quality. But will subscribers stick around?

When it comes to copyrights obviously there’s a lot of gray area however, depending on how you use the content it may fall under fair-use. If you don’t know what fair use is, it basically allows you to use certain copyrighted work without permission; such as, for criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, or research purposes. With that being said, even fair use has a lot of gray area. Generally though from what I’ve seen and also done myself, if you aren’t stealing huge chunks of someone else’s content but maybe only using 5 seconds or so of their content and mixing it in with your own content, and then 5 seconds of someone else’s content and mixing it in… following that kind of pattern tends to keep you safe. There are channels on KZbin that LITERALLY make their entire video using copyrighted material, including news articles and even movies, so it can definitely be done. The biggest thing you can do to avoid getting in trouble though is to just make sure that you’re somehow making it a unique piece of content. And so even if you are using someone else’s content, such as clips from the news, if you’re incorporating into your video and not just stealing the whole video without changing anything, then generally you’ll be safe. Again I can’t emphasize this enough that there are so many channels on KZbin that have been creating videos with copyrighted work, and they’ve been doing it for years, and have been safe… I hope that helps.
