I've been skipping the osp slipper on the delta with similar results..but adding those blades...that's a great addition, look forward to trying this out

Can’t wait for that legit design/teckel rod to come to the market. It’s definitely getting added to the arsenal. These type of videos are interesting, it gives you other peoples perspective on how they use certain baits. Get out there and Stick some giants !!!

That zap you spinner set up works great on the back of a chatter rate too! Next time you’re out there, give it a try. It’s the best mix between a spinner bait and a vibrating jig ever! Believe me try it.🤯

Nice tip, the blades hold the bait down on the hook too. Sick setup

The raid head slide is probably the best skipping jig i have ever found. Easily skips way further due to the head design. It was super quiet up till this .... The osp slipper is a really good one as well.

Uoze swim jig in 1/4oz with a wide body heavy salt plastic or a toad works good if they not hitting the paddle tail. Sometimes they want a deferent sound when they want no sound the Big Salty chunk threaded into the hook with give a big profile and keep the jig on top running slowly because it has better lift

Vertical line tie (on any jig) will come through grass better. Horizontal line tie will be better around wood. Swim jig vs spinnerbait - swim jig IMHO is a bit more versatile! Can take the blades off and do the exact same thing for a more subtle topwater approach that absolutely slays them! I also feel that a swim jig can be thrown into some tighter angles and is easier to skip than a spinnerbait, so while the two may overlap for some of what was discussed, the swim jig has some sneaky advantages that cannot be overlooked!

The blade mod was developed in Japan for use with the Jackall Ammonite Shad and I've been using it for years with good results. They call it the kami configuration. (god configuration)

Do y’all actually have that much shoreline vegetation this time of year being in the desert? Our Texas lakes lose so much water in summer to evaporation and city water supply that we have bare banks. Springtime we get flooded shore vegetation.
@Luiscm2223 күн бұрын
Oh we have plenty of that for sure 😂 but it's usually full somewhere so that's where I'm headed.
