Awesome scheme, one thing u could do is qb contain because the only thing that would be open would be scramble, and the qb spy can’t do both sides great because it’s d-tackle. Also if he’s picking u apart on routes that cross weak side like verts u can put that outside backer as a safety sub and put them in a curl flat for a deeper drop. Which I would recommend because if he does drag he will come down quick anyway!

I may sound like a broken record but I sit in practice mode and just study my adjustment buttons. Then I practice like hell to get the timing down. For some reason, in game. I get half my adjustments off and the button lag is real.

Realistically cover 1 should stop people's crossing routes because I'm the nfl receivers actually have to slow down to see if the qb is going to throw the ball

Yes I use palms vs lots of formations. I do prefer it vs compressed formations like Bunch,Tight,Split Close. However, I do make minor adjustments vs other forms
