6:17 actually, no that isnt a virus since the only thing its doing is changing the session servers from mojang's session servers to the altening session servers. you can actually do this manually but the program aka the authenticator is automating it. but anyways, its better not installing something without fully being confident that its not a virus

This is why I always pick my own staff based on gaining trust and checking their activity constantly. Always check server logs, ban logs, etc. The Owner's job is to manage his/their staff no matter what! Always be vigilent, and always trust your instincts.

FYI TheAltening is actually the WORLDS most trusted Alt Generator, and the authentication is used in custom hacked/pvp Clients. What you downloaded @ 6:14 - 6:15 was the Source Code for the authenticator so that you can generator offline account in client and don't have to visit the website! Hope this helped!

So weird random lore, I actually used to mod for this server when I was 15/16. One of the admins sexually harassed me and the owner, Qurp0, decided to protect his friend and instead ban me from everything related to the server. This also led to me losing a rank that someone had gifted me. It's a money pit server with terrible development and an even worse staff team.

The altening authenticater isnt a virus, It replaces the authentication server source with their own so the email token is valid. I used it for awhile but now i have a client that has it built in. The Altening isnt a virus
