If you’re a Kotal player here something to know against slasher. The back 122 can be parried but it needs to be fast. First parry must be meterless, then the next two must be amplified. But this is only useful for the second round if you won already.

You know people say MKX is a mix fest and MK11 is more neutral based and yet i watch these matches on MKX and all i see is hyped strategic neutral play and punishing oppurtnities back and forth mindgames between the opponents which is supposedlly what was claimed MKX doesn't posess and MK11 rectified🤔 Yes MKX has lots of 50/50 strings but people constantly bash on it and act like thats all it is, and it's clearly not. The argument for MK11 on the other hand claims it has the oh so sacred skill based neutral based gameplay thats been missing (ahem) and well it actually doesn't and ends up relying on 50/50s in more ways than MKX does so to me the whole debate on the two games is out of kilter with whats really there, this is why i will always maintain that MKX is not only the Greatest MK game ever its one of the best Fighting games ever, end of.

Aye 2 of my homies going at it. Atlas honestly has the best Leather Face I’ve fought his Leather Face is crazy, and Oinkee is definitely the best Kotal I’ve ever fought. Fighting Oinkee is fun because our sets are always back and fourth and he’s probably one of the only Kotals that can beat my Liu. Ggs to both.❤️💪🏼

I don't think Oinkee played bad tbh. It's really hard to defend against Leatherface and Atlas did a good job conditioning Oinkee to respect the chainsaw by swinging a lot in the earlier rounds, so Oinkee started to respect the chainsaw a lot more, letting Atlas get away with a lot of cancels.

28:19 Last round you can literally see the f1 trade w the enhance spin but Khan gets f*cked in such situations. Despite the hit it did no damage bc Khan evidently gets tagged first. Enhance pizza makes f1 5 frames effectively, 2 frames faster than hat spin….NRS games just don’t make sense sometimes. Frames aren’t everything, spacing greater. Atlas hitbox vs Oink hurtbox VS Oink hitbox vs Atlas hurtbox lost Oinky a 3rd round. Either that or Oink’s input was slightly off by a frame or two bc Atlas wasn’t supposed to be able to press there n Oink woulda had guaranteed chip out. Atlas a certified SWEAT. Ballsy move on plus frames paid off.

@@emperorfrieza7601 I guess I've always played characters that can give it back if they try. Against HQT I use full auto but I use her how I think she's actually supposed to be used. And I only ever use df2 when they start getting to trigger happy. A LOT of "Zoning" characters in this game have a bad reputation but they are nearly all insane upclose, which is how I play them.
