Halfway through the video and I want to give you a bit of advice about the merch, Ive worked in PD with a number of fortune 500 companies and I think your production company took advantage of you. $900 worth of rhinestones is around 4500 rhinestones if these were top tier rhinestones made from crystal, I'm not sure what they used or how many you purchased but I feel this is where a lot of your chsot is going to. When you said they invoiced you based on the $900, that means all you figures were skewed from the jump. Typical markups in the fashion industry is 2x, for luxury brands 2.5 and up is standard, while you are a prominent figure, this is fan merch, so 2x is where they shouldve started, NOT 4X. I think because you wanted convienece they charged you more for things. Maybe you were showing signs in your meetings that you were willing to pay whatever the cost was, people will take advantage of thaat. It also depends on how many pieces you ordered what these would cost, but next go around as for a Bill of Materials a a breakdown of the cost per garment because these numbers seem overinflated.
